Very rare order, from Russo-Turkish War 1877-1878, this
cross was awarded, by Rumanian King Carol I, mostly to
the Russian military and naval personal who participated
in the battles against the Turks on Danube River, and
liberation of Rumania. Condition: Clean, and restored.
