Antique Russian gilded cigarette case with the 84 Silver standard mark
and the initials "MV". The case is marked twice, once on the inside lid
and again on the inside bottom. The interior is gilded, as well.
The condition of this case is very good. The hinge is intact and the button closure is in good operating condition. There are some shallow dents on the two front corners, as shown in my pictures. These dents are minor and not at all offensive ...they are hardly noticable. The gold washed patina seems to camoflauge these shallow dents.
