This badge was instituted on October 29, 1910.
Light green cross which has on its arms the figures
12, 13, and 108 (numbers that the Regiment wore - the
12th and 13th Light Infantry and the 108th Infantry).
Superimposed on the cross are the combined monograms
of Paul I and Nicholas II. The cross is surrounded by a wreath
topped by a gold crown. At the base on a ribbon are the
Jubilee dates 1797-1897.
