Russian gilded silver and cloisonné enamel spoon, by famous Ivan Saltykov. Marked with the 84 russian silver standard. Moscow, late 19th century. The back of the spoon is worked in a multi-color painted enamel scrolling foliate motif against a gilded stippled ground within a border of opaque turquoise enamel pellets. Length: 4 3/8". Good condition,some minor enamel losses.
