Monogrammed Russian silver cigarette case,
with the crowned cipher *V.N* , and
belong to Russian Romanov Dynasty.
Made in Moscow between 1908 and 1917,marked
with 84 silver standard, and cyrillic maker's initials
"V.R", Vasiliy Rukavishnikov,Russian silversmith.
Size: 3 7/8" x 3 1/4". Weighs: 5.2 ounces,or 148 gr.
Condition: case has a small dent on the main outer lid.
It opens and closes, aligning fine, but it does take a
bit of resistance to close it. Likewise, when it opens,
it pops open with some force.
