1879 Imperial Russian Niello Snuff Box

Fine antique Russian niello snuff box, with elegant, tasteful & pure lines. The box bears the Moscow mark, Saint George slaying the dragon, the number 84 for quality sterling silver and famous maker's mark "AF" (Agafon Faberge). It is also marked with "A.K." assayer and the year mark 1879.
Dimensions: 3 1/2" long, 2 1/4" wide, 1" high.
Very good condition, some minor surface scratches.
In all, a beautiful 128 year old snuff box!
