Russian Imperial Jetton Badge commemorated the Naval
Benevolent Association, established in 1891. Naval Jetton
made from silver, with blue Andreevsky flag in the center,
and double headed Russian Imperial Eagle.
The loop is marked with "alpha" which stood for the
St. Petersburg region and russian silver standard 84.
The Naval Benevolent Association was a very popular
charitable organization in Imperial Russia.
